Confirmation Page

A confirmation page is the page a prospect lands on right after booking a sales call. In a high-ticket funnel it confirms the booking and starts preparing the prospect for the call.

Why does the confirmation page matter?

Because it's the moment of highest intent in the whole funnel. The prospect just booked, they're still on your site, and they're thinking about the call. Most funnels waste it with a one-line "you're booked" message. A good confirmation page uses that attention to answer the questions that would otherwise make them cancel or show up unprepared.

What should be on it?

The build I use has 8 to 10 short videos, one to three minutes each, answering the questions prospects already have: timeline, process, investment and what happens on the call. Each video removes a reason to hesitate before the prospect ever talks to your team.

What happens after the confirmation page?

It hands off to the pre-call sequence. In some funnels we also build in a two-day minimum before the earliest call slot, which does two things: it creates real scarcity on the calendar, and it buys time to send roughly 10 to 15 emails that reinforce everything from the VSL and the confirmation page.

What does it change?

Together with the rest of the pre-call sequence, it has increased show rates by up to 34% in my accounts and moved close rates from around 7% to 15%, because prospects arrive educated instead of needing your closer to build belief from zero.

FAQ

Isn't a two-day gap before the call risky?

Not when the gap is filled. An empty gap loses people; a gap with videos, emails and a setter call warms them up.
